I feel like the number of rant threads has increased in the past few days.
On this thread, you can have a mini-rant, and someone subsequent can say something nice to you to brighten your day.
Or you can just say something nice if you have no rant to give.

I just mean that I've been looking back at the last few days' threads (cuz I've been busy), and I noticed quite a few rant threads. So I thought I would make a just for fun, happy thread to balance out the world.  |

-Very lovely meet on Friday.
-Back on bicycle this weekend after leg op and the weather has been beautiful so got 45km under my belt.
- A lunch social planned for tomorrow that I'm very much looking forward to.

I'm not really that ranty today. My cold is drying up, I am halfway through my fairytale photos and I'm having quite a lazy nice Sunday. My contact lenses are mildly itchy though since I haven't worn them in a while so I can have a minor moan about those? |

In truth I was going to partake, I've endured much twattery in the last 36 hours.
If I rant I only give more life, more credence to the twattery, and endure the stupidity over and over again.
Instead I choose to marvel in the nice things someone said about me.
So, to all those who have also endured much twattery, I say peace and love.
Take 10 minutes to read Desiderata, your mental health will be all the better for it. |

It was my first and second experience of much twattery. It had to come at some point.
I was hurt and confused.
Alternatively dodged 2 bullets.
I can choose to dwell and be miserable or smile and move on.
One makes me sad, one makes me smile.

My living room ceiling is collapsing again, the bit under the bathroom.
We had a flood last year, ended up in a hostel for months while they fixed that. Then this year the bathroom floor was rotting away, took LL months to fix that, now the above is happening.

Feeling quite accomplished.... I have cut the grass and made a lasagne for dinner tomorrow and a big batch of vegetable soup for the week all with local organic produce...
my only rant is 60 second nail varnish does not dry in 60 seconds
