Google Earth is the ultimate big brother eye in the sky watching over everything you do.
I foresee a future where every inch of the globe will be filmed in minute detail 24/7/365 and to solve a crime all they'll have to do is replay the video for the correct timeframe for a given set of coordinates.
Eg: a body is found - replay video to the point the body was dumped then trace it all the way back to when/where it was murdered.
Eg: child goes missing - take last position of last sighting and replay video.
It's gonna happen people. |

Not good, for us with homes in Spain, where pools are usually built without telling the government, they want a 8% building tax for them
On a serious note, Google are already in trouble for the Streetview system as well, they have been making note of all home wireless connections that are unprotected. Now why would they need that information? |

My old car is on street view if your looking in one direction, but not from the other, also i reckon if you paint the bottom of your pool to match your garden it wont get noticed, make a change from all that boring blue as well. |

I was on Google Earth or rather my car was. It was outside my ex's house whom I had visited for a platonic shag.
My wife saw it and she left me the very next day taking the kids with her, since then my life has gone a bit down hill to be honest but I'm trying to stay positive. Worse things have happened eh? |

near the sounds of the wimborne quarter jack! |
I`m ashamed to say that the view of my car on Google Streetview does not have the numberplate obscured .... because the car is so bloody filthy, it doesn`t need obscuring! |
