got a window that will not open, so I guess the latching system is stuck or broken. So question is if you take out the glass do you have access to the locking system or are they installed from the bottomm of the frame ?

Can't you take the handle off and get to the mechanism from there? Might have to manually open the latch with a pair of pliers or similar

No need to remove the glass.

The handle mechanism should be screwed in the top and bottom, or side. If its a dual opener (vertical and horizontal) it will be both. They're a pain to fix.

If you have upvc doors open it and work the handle they work in a similar way. In the bolts slide. Think your pretty fucked to be honest
