Hi is it just me or does anyone else get pissed off, when you see a doorman or bouncer strutting through a bar acting tough, pushing people around realising that upon there awful rubbish attemp at having masculine sized quads that they have spent zero hours at trying to do any lifts, you feel the need to remind them that you could clean and jerk there feable testosteroned body's for a warm up......... Just saying |

Im not bouncer or heavy in weight aint super woman but can pack a punch , bouncers are employed coz they earned right through training it is intimidating but that why they there to intimidate from startin trouble , everyone got job and theirs is to make sure of saftey |

It's not something that's ever crossed my mind to be fair, but then I guess I'm getting a bit long in the tooth for clubbing etc anyway - I'd prefer to curl up on the sofa with a nice warm hot chocolate 
Anyway, I'm assuming you came across this recently / last night? Each to their own and all that and if they want to bulk up like that let them and don't get yourself wound up over it, in the scheme of things it's really not worth it!  |

I won't go to one with big ugly guerrilla type bouncers as it's obvious that sort of place gets a lot of trouble .
Usually when looking at bars, if they have 2 or 3 well dressed , smart looking door supervisors , who look like their job is to check Id . I will go in
But when I turn up at a place and they have about 10 or 15 , sorry it's a no go as it's obvious the type of place I don't want to go into
If I wanted to get in a fight I would go to the boxing gym. |

I do know what the OP means tho. Guys that get bigger at the top end but fail to train the lower.
I don't really see what his issue is with it though.
Is it with their shape or with it their intimated authority ? Or both ?
Or the fact he is associating their 'ten men' attitude to their build and position ?
We have a guy built this way at work. The girls say he's the same shape as a martini glass  |

Most pubs and all bars have doormen around here. The ones in my regular haunt are lovely and of all shapes and sizes. I don't see their legs,they wear trousers. |

Hardest bouncer round our way was about 11 stone and whip thin. He was ex foreign legion and putting himself through a law degree so could out talk and out right you if needed.
You knew just by his walk he could destroy you. The big steroid lumpy bouncers were legit terrified of him.

There's not many places in York that don't have door staff these days., thanks to the invading stag and hen parties from the Northern wastes. There's even a real ale pub that has them. A real ale pub! |

This guy shoulder barged some old fellow so I called him noodle legs then he said he was going to fuck me! So I laugh walked away, he didn't like that so he shouted stuff, female friend of mine the asked if he even lifts, he then called his mates. Madness lol |

All door staff need to be registered these days, to prevent club owners fro just hiring some thugs. So if there is a legitimate reason to complain, then do so! Riling them up and then complaining about them on a website for swingers is not exactly a mature thing to do. |

Why would you not drink in places that require door staff? Well seeing you don't live in Glasgow otherwise you'd only drink in your own house!
Genuinely cannot think of a bar in the city centre that doesn't have door staff. |

Cant say as I look at their legs,id prefer looking at women.but I really doubt they don't do any leg work. That's a newbies problem.not some bog youth who has been lifting years |

You would expect them to have an assertive attitude this comment paints the picture of them deliberately bullying innocent customers, I have no experience of that, have you? Genuine question |
