I started a diet about 3 weeks ago which is going well and joined a gym about 2 months and have been going regularly for about the past 5 weeks.
I now really enjoy it, am building up my fitness slowly and finding I can do a little more every few days if I push myself.
This morning I had the radio on in the kitchen and was jigging about to a song and realised I have! so much more energy and feel much better about myself.
Anyone else love their gym or just getting to love theirs?

"Good for you! I bloody hate the gym but I work out at home & I always feel so much better for it, even if sometimes the couch does seem more appealing."

Unfortunately due to an injury i've not been in over a month now, now that i'm better I plan to go on monday. It's going to be so tough getting back into it! But yes I do feel much better when i've been at least twice a week. |

it's a love/hate thing for me in the sense when it comes to exercise either i'm motivated to hit the gym 4 days a week then go for a swim after a workout or hit some outdoor running etc..
then sometimes after a few months of on and off training I sometimes burn out then take a few months off then come back... basically i'm useless without motivation..
best thing is though that I sleep like a log most days that I work out and my system in general feels better.. |

It's good, I love the gym. I love my weights but can't stand cardio. Bores me! You just gota keep it up otherwise you get lazy and it goes to pot. Eating right is the hardest, most important part but also most expensive! |
