Lots of good stuff happening at work, bright day outside so maybe a lunchtime coffee or a walk, gym after work (if I can stay motivated!), curry and wine tonight to welcome in the weekend.

And I'm wearing my beautiful black patent docs! I forgot about them and after all that Converse chat yesterday I went raking through my shoe collection. Finding shoes I've forgotten about is a bit like finding a twenty in a pocket.

Sweat down an onion and some garlic in olive oil. Add one pound of diced, floured and seasoned lamb neck and brown off. Add 1 tin chopped tomatoes, 2 tbsp tomayo puree, 1 jar harissa and 2 pints of veg stock. Boil, simmer and blitz.. |
