"Been to slimming club this morning and i have now lost 2stone 1/2 and reached the loss of 10% of my body fat all in 9 weeks. I know it will slow down now but want to loose another 1 1/2stone by beginning of march. Im just going for small targets otherwise it will seem to much of a mountain  "
Well done you xx And if anyone wants to put that in perspective....
I have put on about 5kg while I have been ill... Do you think I can shift it!!! I am truely ashamed...  |

Well, cos Diamond (xx) has done so well and I can't even shift 5kg!! My own fault, I seem to have lost my "won't power" You know, I won't have that bacon sarnie, I won't have that mars bar!
But starting tomorrow... New regime. Seen posts about how the guys don't seem to take care of themselves... Anyone for a stick of celery..  |

Just eat good healthy food with as little fat in as possible buy all the low fat options and cut out the crap. I go to slimming world and can eat tons. I went out for lunch today and didnt have to count anything. You can do itxx |

ah i see - dont feel ashamed about it, truth is if you only have a little lose it can be alot harder to shift it (i have no idea what 5kg is i real money lol)
am sure you still look sexy as hell 
be sensible on your regime - dont starve yourself or it wont work (i am very aware i sound like the biggest HIPPOcryte ever as i am the size of half a house lol i know the theory just fail the practicals!!!) |

Well you are just beautiful as you are, but well done for the effort and dedication. I lost 5 stone a few years back but it slowly crept back on as I have no will power

Excellent, well done.
I lost 2 stone over the last 18 months but have stabled out somewhat now.
Back on the weightloss train in the new year. Another 2 stone would be lovely... got to keep some of the curves! |
