No no no not you lot,i've been listening to this great track by Richard Ashcroft and I must admit it never fails to have me in bits emotionally.
And why ? Because it's too close to the bone for me and has me asking too many soul searching questions that I'd rather hide away from.
Which brings me to this point.
What tune strikes a chord with you girls and boys on Fab and why ?
Or if you're not bothered in answering that one then simply why do lovers choose others ?

Depends on my mood, it used to be Joe Jackson "is she really going out with him". The thought of that tune is now stirring up memories of teenage angst.

Absolutely I never ever kill a track either,I do that all the time.
I'm gonna create a playlist with all your tunes so keep them coming.
Can you do me a favour,I hope you come back to this thread ? Go on YouTube and play Gil Scott Heron. The track is called the other side parts one and two,has me in tears all the time. It's about his addiction to crack cocaine,hope,despair and sorrow.
Powerful doesn't quite cover it !! |

I think life in general can make couples drift,over familiarity,different needs,sex becoming apologetic.Or the old classic where feelings for another become too overwhelming. Do people really set out to hurt each other Scarlet ? Those that you love ? |

I am in love with this tune right now. Loved the original as a kid but never understood the lyrics. Proper nice, simple tune.

I like some of their upbeat stuff as well, but most of this playlist is their deep stuff. Really like Vince Clark in general and most of his music and remixes. |
