I'll have one or the other every day, only ever more than one if I've been up to something to get very sweaty 
My flatmate has two baths a day. She hates showers, which is fair enough. But how can she need one in the morning if she had one at night?!
Mainly concerned she's costing me a fortune tbh. |

To be honest, I think baths are gross unless you've taken a shower first. Who wants to sit in their own dirty water?

Once a day for me ... Hardly ever a bath usually always a shower!
If i shower at night before bed (usually to save the hair drying time in the morning ha) ill only have another one in morning if i wake up n its been hot n sweaty in the night ( i dont get nocturnal activity much ) ... And would just quickly shower my body again
Goes without saying i suppose that if id been to the gym id have another... But its not often you find me in there 
Although reading this thread i now feel like one of the great unwashed... Slopes off for a 2nd shower today |

Although we probs drive our flatmates nuts too with duvet covers hanging about drying all the time cause they need changed so often  |

Nope! This is the best way to sleep!!

I'm the same with this. I often feel like I need to shower if I've been too hot overnight. I will normally shower before bed and also have to when I get in from work if the Metro drivers have turned the heating on FULL POWER for the trains packed full of people in coats.
So it's 1-3 times a day for me! |

I wouldn't go out the house without having a shower in the morning regardless of whether I'd had one the night before.
I sleep naked with the window open too but you still sweat in your sleep. Your body still produces moisture.
I don't like a bath unless it's one with company or there's something wrong with me. |

Well I'm sure it adds up when you have 2 bloody baths a day! Her rent's a bargain, and she does about 5 washes a week too. Maybe I'm just manky. |

I prefer baths to showers but will shower when I want to be quicker or I'm not washing my hair.
As for frequency, once a day generally but sometimes twice and sometimes every other day with a wash rather than a full shower inbetween.
I'm prone to get eczema and washing too often can irritate my skin. I also prefer to wash my hair every other day.

Once a day every morning..
But a second time if I've been out on a run, to the gym or proper road bike ride as opposed to just a little commute ride home.
Pretty much the same as most people who don't wanna wander flround stinking of sweat I would guess. |

I agree I have 2 or 3 showers .generally shower in morning and wash hair then a shower when I finish work and a nice soak in Bath before bed . |

Well shower first thing on a morning gym then shower work then shower when I get in from work lol xx
