Fuck the haters!

Or don't actually. It's probably just jealousy. You look a damn sight better than the norm.

Recently had some women being shady with me at a club when I was trying to be friendly. If they're that insecure in themselves that they resort to being bitchy , sod em. Not worth time or concern

Can't say in all the years and the few different women I've attended with I've really witnessed any of this.

Yes, you did! I would have thought people would be so gleeful at having the opportunity to go to an adult club that their faces would just be a big grin of delight all night. I know mine would. Some people are 'mood hoovers', bloody miserable vinagar joes.

I've never been a regular club goer but every time I've been it's always been very relaxed and people were friendly.

I can't help wonder if it's a sign of the times... people were always pleasant on the forums then too. There's a visible difference in that now too... maybe it's catching.

Yes, I've had more than my fair share of this from other women in clubs. Tedious. It was one of the things which turned me off clubs.

I have been on and off the club scene for about 10 years and I can honestly say I have never felt any negativity from other woman everyone is chatty and welcoming. I had one catty comment once but I just laughed it off and got on with it.

This reason why I don't do pubs or nightclubs anymore, a lot of people these days go out for a fight, that's there objective, pisses me off and I can't be fucked with it so avoid them, shame really but unless you are presenting yourself like ten men one who is will probably start on you, iccle dick syndrome reigns

I never use normal pubs or clubs anymore for a night out problem is far to many people can't handle their drink and get aggressive, round here it's pretty normal for several fights to break out at the end of the night and I can't be arsed with all that

Titz Towers, North Notts

I can't say I've really seen that. I've seen couples have a meltdown plenty of times, single guys discreetly jockeying for position near a couple and all sorts, but nothing openly catty.

I do have problems in clubs sometimes - always from other fems.

It's generally when a guy that they find attractive is looking at/with me instead!

At a size 10 and almost six ft in heels and very friendly with it I get a lot of attention. Most people I get on incredibly well with - a few detest me!

I used to get very upset about it but now I accept it and move on!

I suggest you do the same op!

Smile - move away - always be the lady and never allow yourself to get drawn in to a bitch fight!

Hope this helps! Xx

The forum thing goes in cycles, the nastiness and intolerance builds up to a crescendo it becomes too much for all but the worst offenders and there's a period of calm before it starts to build up again.

Vanilla club or swingers club?

I've seen plenty of bitchiness in vanilla pubs n clubs but not in a swingers club.

Met a few 2 faced women in swing clubs though, you know the type, another woman walks into the room and she is all 'I haven't seen you in ages you look great, lets have a chat sometime'.

But as soon as she leaves you get 'can't stand her, what was that thing she was wearing'.

And they wonder why other women don't like them!

I've never felt this way in clubs, to be honest. Everyone has usually been very nice and welcoming.

The only time I've ever felt unwanted was once when an older couple was giving us and our friends some hassle for being young. Apparently we were the reason he and his wife don't go to vanilla clubs anymore, but now they can't escape us

But I've never felt other women being openly hostile.

'You can be the sweetest, ripest most succulent peach in the world, but there will always be those that don't like peaches.'

Don't let the haters get you down. Jealousy is a horrible thing and it always tells.

Costa Blanca Spain...

I (Mr) have been a regular clubber since the late 80's as a single guy, as a couple with my ex in the UK, and with my current Mrs here in Germany.

I have occasionally come across what has been described as the "haters" but thankfully not that often. In fact they are quite rare.

From experience I find that most are women who really do not want to be there. They have been cajoled in to going by their partner, are not really interested in playing themselves, and instantly hit the green eyed monster button when another woman comes within 10 feet of their partner. I only remember one incident many years ago when a guy kicked off because his Mrs was enjoying herself with a single guy and he couldn't handle it.

This! Never lower yourself to someone else's level if they demonstrate behaviour which is below your own standards. While they are trying to put you down, showing that you have taken no offence by their actions or remarks will often eat into them more than it does you.

We've only been to a couple of clubs, and found them both really friendly.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I haven't really experienced this. It could be because I'm a short, dumpy old bint so don't appear to be a threat to anyone's security.

Father the jolly people around you. Nothing annoys the cantankerous more than seeing people having fun without so much as a glance their way.
