I've just eaten a homemade chilli that I pulled out of the freezer after training. Cooked some spinach with it.

God it was yummy. I just need to remember that chilli is stronger after you've cooked it!

Which was smashing with some diced new potatoes fried in butter with spring onions, garlic, sweet chillies, mustard seeds and garam masala...and a nice spicy salad with betroot and pomegranate.
