Probably a question for singles rather than couples for obvious reasons. But open to all.

When I first started out I asked questions on the forums... in those days there was no such thing as a stupid question and people were happy to help and share their experiences.

Apart from my parents everyone knows about my swinging, I never ask for advice from anyone because no one understands it, they all think 'I'm irresponsible' 'playing with fire' so they listen and not say a word now!! Well actually I have two guy friends I've known since school and they are both into the scene, one gives me tips the other just says 'I'm a free wank' yeah thanks for that! |

Yeah I started out on a much more forgiving little site and it felt like we were a bit of a family which was lovely. Everyone looked out for each other. It was way smaller and pretty friendly. There weren't nearly so many stupid questions as there are here though.

We asked for practical advice about the lifestyle on the forums since that is where many of the experienced players. However we mostly go 1 or two word answers.
We then just direct messaged people. All the returns were very good, clear and practical advice. Some we said thankyou too, others we arranged to meet. |

ive asked a couple of questions on here..im still pretty shy about doing those type of posts though,..i have a couple of people who ive met that i can bounce off, if necessary..
mainly i work it out for myself though, or read/ watch/observe...ask straight questions of people. use my common sense. |

Haha. It wasn't anything that interesting. We were a soft swap couple at the time and wanted to know more from couples who did full swap...we were trying to make up our minds.
Instead, we went and looked at blogs and other forums that were much more helpful.
Its a bit sad that fab can't help a little more in that way, but I get now that a lot comes from knowing the people on the forum. Its easier to see where people are coming from when you know them and I get much more out of the forums now.

I don't ask for sexual advice. I like the trial and error method. I have a friend who I met away from Fab,who is also on here too,who I talk about about sexual stuff amongst others things. We have recommended men to each other too. |
