when I lived abroad I didn't much like the shoes available so would wait for my home hols once a year to buy. But then when you are bringin up kids there's not much spare money anyhows. These days buy them at my leisure and pleasure.  |

can we not talk about shoes please...i'm still recovering from the trauma of having to purchase...wellies....hurts to say even...even now.
i appreciate i couldnt buy a decent pair of heels for the cost of them...but the funds could have gone towards a pair of real shoes... |

Months, could even be a year or two!
When I find a pair that I like, I tend to buy an extra pair.
Hence I have a few pairs of shoes lurking in the cupboard somewhere already.  |

I have 2 pairs of boots, one knee high, one bike boots.
2 pairs of shoes, one sensible, one dressy.
2 pairs of trainers, one for slouch and the other for the gym.
Now if this was a question of underwear.. erm... I lost count. |

I do not see the point of lots of pairs of shoes..one of my friends has 100s and will spend in excess of 400quid on a pair of shoes...
I personally dont get it.

Ive no idea how many shoes I have, but I like it when I have a clear out and open a box and think ooo didnt know I had these.
