Looking out of the window, watching Birds feed in the rain, listening to some ambient music. I love this mood.

What are your moments of moody reflection?

Ouch - monday blues or just everyday blues?

For me, the reflective times come when I kid back with some music for half an hour when I finish work.

I'm a bit tired, but I like the smell in the air. I would love to be at home right now with a hot coffee, a book, and some music with my dogs cuddled around me and my feet on Marc's lap while he reads as well.

I think I've just sorted out my day when I get home from work

my reflective time comes when Pauls home from work, dinners done and complete and we have our cuddles on sofa whilst staring aimlessly at the tv.. followed by nodding off on his shoulder

I work from home, so can grab these moments, trouble is, it's hard to break away and get back on the job.

Cosy image you put there.

It's not encouraged, always helps me put certain things into perspective, since I was a kid.
