"Stuff with low fat philadelphia (if you have it or normal cream cheese) and wrap in bacon...fat trimmed if necessary.
Theres a whole lot of options for chicken breast."
I'm gonna take a wild guess and say you're not a nutritionist! |

Chicken Caesar salad. Can't beat it.
Dice the chicken breasts up, grill some bacon and chop that up too. Mix it all together in a bowl of lettuce with some Casear Salad dressing. Plate up and top dress with shavings of parmesan and croutons.
500 cals. (less dressing = less cals) |

"Just season, wrap in foil and pop in the oven, have with some pasta, rice or salad, I fancy that myself now! Z"
Put some lemon and a clove of garlic in the foil to add some extra flavour |

North of The Wall - youll need your vest |
My low fat recipe is sliced chicken breast, stir fried with onion, then add a big dollop of sweet chilli sauce and half tin of chopped tomato. Can add garlic and a some dried chilli flakes if you want it hotter, or some chopped fresh ginger if you have it.
I love it with steamed broccoli and sugar snap peas.
Very tasty and very low fat. |

I cheat and stick everything in a blender and then cook.
Tinned tomatoes
two cloves of garlic
Half an onion
two big table spoons of honey
And two or three big tbs of lea n perrins.
season to taste.
I love it with chicken and rice.
And it has no fat
I also do a curry same way.

"I got two chicken breasts for tea and dont know what to do with them. Dont fancy them plain. Remeber im on a diet so no fancy sauces"
You should use a sharp knife to make a pocket in them. Then mix blue Stilton with butter and pack the pocket till its full. Then wrap in streaky bacon and fry off in butter till brown. Then cook in red wine for 30 mins ish. Its very slimming honest cos its chicken. |
