maybe visualize yourself at next years birthday being and doing exactly what you would like to be doing and use it as a positive focus for the next twelve months, to see you through any self doubt..
i m going to have a wicked birthday this year, because i did just that, on my last birthday, decided to make some hefty changes in my life..i am glad to say i am looking forward to it, and my journey with my intent, has been challenging but totally magical.. and that is my birthday wish for you..should you want it xx |

If it makes you feel any better I worked on my 30th, decided to get d*unk on the commute home, got off at the wrong station, didn't get a train back for ages and then cried myself to sleep.
