Just had one lol, been down Morrison's for the weekly shop, bumped into a women I used to work with, had a little catch up, then went to pay for my stuff, got it all bagged up by this time that women had joined the same till as me, put my card pin in, sorry sir wrong number, I tried again thinking I must have hit the wrong number, rejected again, oops last chance sir, I them realise I had picked up my credit card not my debit card, so put in a different number confident I would be ok this time, shock horror! rejected again 
So with my tail between my legs I said can you put it to one side and I will come back for it, I went out to the cash point tried my credit card number again wrong number, then I remembered I had changed the number on one of my credit cards and had meant to change the other one to the same number, but I guess I never got around to doing it lol,
so luckily I got another go and got some cash out, back into the shop for my goodies lol, you have to laugh

Indie it a few months back, three attempts and it blocked my card, tried my next card, exactly the same thing happened, luckily it was a shop I was just buying a couple of things. I'm not entirely sure it wasn't their machine playing up |

A few days ago I was standing in the middle of a queue and I could hear Satisafaction by the Rolling Stones playing, I thought it was someones ring tone and why wont they answer it, When I went to pull my wallet out my phone came out with it, It was my phone

Had a similar moment at Cineworld last weekend. Took our 2 kids and 2 of their friends to the cinema. Went rushing it, got 5 lots of pick & mix, ordered juice, popcorn ice cream and the tickets only to realise at the moment payment was due that hubby had taken my bank card the night before for the take away and hadn't put it back! He was now a couple of hundred miles away and I don't have a credit card. So had to leave it all and drag 4 upset little kiddies off home. So embarrassing!! |

I was in queue at check out and woman in front had forgotten her pin but announced she had it on her mobile. After an age of messing about she realised she had brought out the handset from her landline instead of her mob.

when my son was about 14 I sent a note to the school and signed it lots of love karen, only knew because they sent the reply on the back of the note |

similar thing here a few weeks ago - all my cards are bloody blue - tried to take out cash on credit card instead of debit - realised but next time i used my credit card it was rejected - very embarassing - the bank said it had been tried incorrectly 3 times - it hadnt at all just the once - not happy |

I got the chance to meet some of the England rugby World Cup winning team. I was able to ask one of my fave players for his autograph. He asked me who he should make the autograph out too and my mind went blank. I stood like a twat in front of him and could only say the word "errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrm.............." |
