I'm currently using Givelube super thick anal lube which is sold by Lovehoney. It a mixed water and silicone based product which claims to give the extended use properties of silicone lube but be safe with silicone toys. I have been using it for a few weeks and it does seem to out perform conventional water based lubes in extended sessions and I have used it a couple of times with a silicone dildo and so far it seems OK with it. |

Just a recommendation for newbie first timers
Of course lube is important.
I struggled even with lube as I needed more lube deeper inside me. I was recommended to buy a syringe without needle. Add a small tube to syringe fill will the lube and insert to put lube further in

You can go all porntastic and
'syringe' it in but also try millennium ID glide, I've tried a few different brands over the years, and it's brilliant, stays silky and non drying.
Unless of course you're hardcore and plan on putting whole allotments up your arse, some of the more hardcore lubes maybe needed. |

I miss read the Spunk bit, I thought it said Spuik. It an embrocation used in sports, it is rubbed in to the muscles to help warm them up. |
