Wolves have gained a bad reputation over the centuries, from Fairy Tales to Adventures trying to make themselves sound more courageous than they actually are, but the truth about Wolves is very different, they are intelligent animals and excellent parents to their pups.
More people are killed in Europe per year by domestic dogs than have been killed by Wolves in the last century, and yet we let Dogs run around housing estates and public parks, so why are people against having the Wolf reintroduced into the Highlands of Scotland.
Please watch this short film and let me know your thoughts.

Probably something to do with reintroducing them into an ecosystem where they haven't been active for centuries potentially having a detrimental effect on the current wildlife |

How many people have dogs, and how many people have Wolves ? So obviously the stats will be skewed.
How many leopard deaths were there in the Uk this year ? Does that mean We should all adopt 1 as a pet then ? |

Think you missed the point, it's about the hypocrisy of tolerance. |

"if you make ridiculous statements like more people die of dogs than wolves when there's hardly any wolves and say we let dogs roam the streets people will dismiss it out of hand. "
It's very simple, Dogs have killed people and are tolerated and accepted, Wolves hardly ever kill people and everyone is scared of them, why don't you understand this? |

I think it's a misunderstanding, it is a comparison about how people will tolerate one risk and not another. |
