I had mentioned earlier today about my brother who was going through Quadruple Heart Bypass surgery, but it was just the waiting for news, progress etc., which was agonising.
Heard 45 minutes ago from his wife that he cane through very well, was in theatre for some 7 hours, the docs say it was text book surgery and are very happy with his progress.
He will be in ICU till tea time tomorrow, then into an observation ward, and all being well, could be home as early as Thursday.
I can't get to see him just yet as I am having Eye Surgery next Thursday, so will travel to see him early October. |
