Given England's shoddy line out performances during the world cup warm up games was it a mistake to leave the experienced (and bloody great!) Dylan Hartley out of the squad due to 'disciplinary' issues?

I've never followed rugby but I thought I'd make an effort this evening. So far I've learnt that all the Fiji players have names ending with a vowel.
