I really hope that series five has made it through the post when I get home tonight so I can have a marathon session before the new series starts on Sunday! 
Anyone else a fan? I was a late starter and only watched the first four series a couple of months ago. Hooked! Completely!

I was like that and then I saw it on Amazon Prime so I thought I'd watch the first episode and see what all the fuss was about. I didn't think I'd like it, I'm more of a Criminal Minds sort but I was properly hooked from then. Maggie Smith is brilliant. |

Watch the first episode. Then you'll know. I'm not a big fan of period drama but I thought the hype was justified. |

I shall be there Sunday night, glad they are winding it up and not letting go on and die a slow death with diminishing returns, well written and acted and hope to enjoy the final series as much as the others. Compared to the dross that was the Upstairs Downstairs remake and the dire Mr Selfridge , DA is class |

Never mind... I have one of those HDMI cables so I'm watching it from a USB from my laptop to the TV. |
