As for who I want to win. England of course but I'd love to see a final contested between them and another home nation.

The sensible part of my head does disagree with my heart side and largely expects New Zealand to pull off history and retain for the first time ever.

I have to agree with you would love England to win. the southern hemisphere play a totally different league of rugby and i expect them to be in the final (against us hopefully)

Rugby union world cup, it really does annoy me the pomposity of it all calling it the rugby world cup when there are 2 different types of rugby,

Also the way they call their trophy after a man who has been proven didn't invent the game bloody ridiculous

Reply privately (closed, thread got too big)

As much as I love my rugby, I think we have more chance of winning the footy euros than our lads in the rugby.

I'll be rooting for them never the less and getting my flag out.

COME ON ENGLAND!!!!

I thought there were still some tickets left for Leicester.

I hate the fact that they are using our (my footy teams) stadium for it as it will wreck the grass

Like St James Park, I suspect the condition of the pitch after the rugby games will not make any difference to the quality of football played on it

As a Welshman, I naturally want Wales to do well. But with FOUR top-10 teams in one group, two teams will be disappointed and it will not be a reflection on the quality of the sides. I would love Wales and England to progress and then meet again in the final (should get good odds for that). None of the games in that group are easy because EVERY point and try will count. It will require consistency and ruthlessness. Thank goodness the ABs aren't in the group because none of the others can truly be said to be consistent. One thing is definite; it will be thrilling and I can't wait.

Oh! I actually thought you were going to wing it. Make sure you don't get caught with your fly-half down, you have fun with her centre and you give her a fullback side.

If you fail to find a willing person, you'll just have to resort to being a flanker.
