After I Had a fall at work a few months ago that fractured my heel in three places and left a fracture in the base of my ankle I was thinking the same thing.
Fortunately I was fitted with a big moonboot instead of a cast...Didn't hold me back though,I was meeting after a week out of hospital
Well if you can't bend at the knee that's doggy out,so I would suggest missionary or spooning sex (lie on your good side) or use a swing or a wheelbarrow to help take the strain |

With regards to broken limbs, the limb is best served by the position that you feel comfortable with: any sense of discomfort is your body's method of alerting you to a problem.
If you're able to do this, without any pain and minimal discomfort, raise the leg on to a table or some other support, with you sat in a chair so the leg is at an angle and, in any case, higher than your backside. You want the leg raised whilst resting.
Hope this helps.
