A friend of mine is accompanying this guy in part if his run. Incredible challenge. Just google 401 Challenge to see what he's doing. Worthwhile charities he's doing it for |

"How is that even physically possible??"
Thats not the first time you've asked me that!
On this occasion, I have no idea. 401 marathons in 401 days. Mind blowing challenge |

"This guy is on Day 224 of this challenge. Done 224 marathons in 224 days.
Mind blowing achievement so far. I hope he does the 401!"
Thanks for the update. Lots of running things at the moment.

£250k isnt a patch on the increased awareness he has given to his cause. I've followed him for a long time and fully support any nomination for sports personality of the year |

Heard him on the radio this morning. A fantastic achievement and a truly humble guy. You can do a virtual marathon up until sunday (so if you see a skinny dude collapsed in the verge with his arse in the air; I tried!) |

I've been following his journey. The inter_iew on R4's PM show this evening was really heartening to listen to.
He was very compassionate about the reasons why bullies bully.
His partner also sounds wonderful.
He's running a half marathon in Bristol tomorrow as part of his cool down. |

Ah that is good.
It can be a massive come down after you have finished a race. Let alone something this big.
When you look at Martin Yelling having to pull out of running the South West coast path run, it makes this even more amazing |
