Having done nights over the weekend I couldn't agree more with you. I just feel horrible most of the time and sleep cycle is messed up for days after

Just finished a night shift and heading to bed for no more than 3 hours sleep. In again tonight feeling like death before another 3 hours max sleep tomorrow. Theyll kill me 1 of these days
