Profile changed from a couple to a single male?

Has this happened to anyone else before? No idea what has happened? We've even been photo verified as a couple as well as having a webcam verification!

probably because your profile states ''Only J will be playing for the near future! I (A) will still be chatting to other on here though!''

If you meet just as a single (even tho you are still part of a couple) then it should be done as a singles profile.

People meeting a couple expect there to be a couple they are meeting

Ah okay, thats understandable, didn't think that would happen (if that is what's happened), what would we do if I started to play again??

For any profile changes just contact Admin directly. They will be able to see that you are verified as a couple so I think that they would be able to sort it out for you.

I would contact admin (from the bottom of the page), try and see if that IS whats happened, and maybe find out if you set up a singles profile, if they could re-instate your couples status on this profile.
