Talktalk are incredibly shite. Maybe instead of paying to sponsor the x-factor for good knows how many millions. They could invest in customer service. Preferably uk based, as the current one is terrible. |

I can,t Believe I stayed as long as I did, getting you to buy their films channels Was unavoidable and purchaseing the pre-View box was the last straw for me and Always compareing themselves with bt, when asked why I was leaveing I nearly told them straight felt Interrigated at the End never again for me.

Add three to the list. The most useless customer services I've ever had the misfortune of calling
Lloyd's have been really variable from utter shite to excellent but I love the Scottish girls at least |

Dunno about that, I've had nothing but brilliant service from them 
Spent half an hour on Thursday sorting out my broadband speed with online chat, got it fixed, and a new router within 24 hours on top  |
