sad to hear that one of the competitors lost their life at the GNR today

Did any of our fab family run it today? how did it go?

I have been researching half marathon running plans today!! eeeek

Sadly there often is a death, due to the sheer numbers of people involved

If you are thinking of doing one, the GNR is the best in the country (not just me being biased!)

Was out waving the runners today as usual

I did a trail half today with a friend that ran it last year, despite her enthusiasm for it it's not an event that appeals to me. It just seems so big

It's a half marathon. But yes a tough race and a sad ending for one competitor
