I got zero respect for anyone who cheats to get their physique. 2 PT friends of mine compete at shows and to watch their dedication, devotion to hard work and sacrifice earns all my respect. |

never use steroids, sure they might help some people at times grow big and buff but internally tumors start growing inside you're system, mood swings, vomitting and other medical problems etc I know this from documentaries/news articles plus I knew a guy who was a friend that used to use roids and he had those problems..
just stay natural and push yourself to go gym and motivate yourself or go with someone and you're sorted.. |

go with a friend etc who has been going for a while or even start doing sessions with a personal trainer...
or diet, make up a regime/check out work outs online and in the gym for different days depending and mix it up every week but don't over do it and allow you're system rest in between too..
I'm no expert just these are the things I have followed since I turned 16 years old... |

The starting point is to create habituation of a new behaviour, ie working out and exercise.
I have respect for everyone but caution anyone away from the risks of supplementing the less healthy way. But I totally believe we are at liberty to use our bodies as we wish.
Id think long and hard about your goals - consider just doing it for the health benefits and enjoyment as well as keeping looking fitter. |

The pros that use roids have a healthy bank account and spends 1600 bucks a month of it on deca dbol and so on.
Be natural as there aint no side effects and when you start training make sure to be in surplus calories to make the best gains during the first year and train heavy. Then evaluate and see if you wanna cut or keep bulking. Its about consistency, to sum it up 80% diet and 20% training. |

Worked with a guy who did a lot of juice. Balls like peanuts. 26 years old and he needed viagra to get it up for a 20 year old fit girl who was grinding on his face...kind of ironic really as he was in the gym to get the body to pull girls...
Stay clean, eat big and lift big. Plenty of help if you want it. |
