From an ethical point of view... I personally think circumcision is genital mutilation, and should only be allowed on medical grounds. FGM is illegal - why are men exempt?

Don't mind either usually
Only thing about uncut I don't like is when they have a very tight foreskin that don't pull back, I can't help but wonder how they clean behind it, or when they have a excess amount of foreskin, can't help it but loads of loose skin makes me gag  |

Much prefer uncut. Don't really like the look or feel of a cut cock.
As for cleanliness, a man who doesn't know how to wash himself will be no cleaner cut than he'll be uncut.
