I can't find my scales, does anyone happen to know the average weight of a leg of lamb (for roasting time)

Long shot but you never know there maybe a butcher in here lol

There is no average weight

Google cooking times per lb or kg & keep checking.

At least with lamb you can eat it pink

1hr 45 to 2hr depends on if has bone in it or how pink you want it
