Hello Fabbers and friends , just back from walking pooch. For some reason we aren't our chipper selves .

Do you ever get days like this ?

Everyone gets the blues mate. How we shake it off is a different and personal thing, my trick is making some music or learning something new.

We all get those days...I had a bit of a blerrgh week as my size really bothered me for that week but after a chat with my mum she cheered me up...hope you feel a bit more chipper soon lovely xx

I think everyone gets them. I sort of tell myself that shitty days are there to help you appreciate how good the good days are. Hope your day improves.

Thanks guys dont know what it is and its not like pooch and I to be glum .

I think some good music and a trip to home bargains to get some thing bizarre is on the cards

You may have a point though the pooch stuck to a vintage port and a whip cracking chedder lol

My hound loves a bit of vintage cheddar, but only goes for a tawny rather than ruby port

Yeah, my morning started pretty much the same, felt a bit flat for want of a better word but headed to the gym and worked a bit harder than usual and now feeling much better.

Buy yourself some decent headphone (~£100+) and when you have a bad day just slip them on and listen to your favourite music.

Works reasonably well for me.
