I was thinking Chinese but all the chat on the forum today about gyms and personal trainers I'm thinking I should be better behaved.

Is an Indian less fattening?!

What's everyone else having?

I've got mince with ratatouille, mushrooms, carrots, sweetcorn and tomatoes cooking in the slow cooker while I've been at work. Stressing my housemate has touched it though.

Tea is what you drink from a cup!

Dinner is your evening meal!

Dunno yet. I had tuna and pasta in marscapone sauce about 2pm so am still kinda nibbly rather than hungry.

Possibly just a bowl of cereal or maybe that bag of kettle crisps lurking in the cupboard
