Depends on your budget 
I wouldn't recommend a cheapy Chinese job; Huddle 2 is a good cheap tablet, even better if you user clubcard points; Avoid kindles if you don't want to be tied into the amazon store; going up in price Samsung Galaxies, and then you have your Apples |

All of them have similar web cams - you want one that is reliable and will last a good few years. I suggest the Xperia z3. They should be found pretty cheap by now they have very good screens, are well built and have good chips in them. You will be had pressed to find a better 10" tablet for the price. Especially used or near new on bay or something |

I beleive you cannot use a mobile operating system (android, iOS) on the web chat thing here,
You may be stuck with Windows so need a surface,
Maybe wrong but worth confirming\bearing in mind |

I got a surface and had so many issues - it was not with the effort. The reviews were great, but fuck. The retailer was lucky to get it back in one piece. Too many OS issues. Too many OS issues. The Z3 is lighter, thinner and has a better battery. I don't use it for web chat, have to say. No reason why not skype is downloadable ? |

there are a few versions of the z3 .. one is a 16gb wifi, one is a 32gb wifi, one is a 32gb wifi and sim card version. Id think the sim card version should have support mobile, though I only use the tablet for surfing. (mines the 32gb wifi) |

If you decide you want to go for a windows tablet then there are alternatives to the surface. Unfortunately the windows tablet I really want is around £1600 but then it is targeted at commercial graphic designers and artists. |
