No supports needed so far, I just seem to badly bruise my left knee on a weekly basis, think in diving wrong.

But good point, match coming up against a team I know are pretty vicious and dirty players.

helicopter outside my window, they are searching the river, fingers crossed they find whoever it is

and..... yeah, just seen it, man seen entering the river at 9pm tonight, they're hovering over the one spot for 30 mins now, looks like a recovery. sad

Current and very strong ones too at that area, they've just left, that poor mans family, I feel for them, that is happening a way to much
