I know lots of the pics on here are just taken with really good angles, but I still think that most of the guys we have met have had larger than average packages.
I think this type of thing attracts a certain type of guy in a lot of cases. So I don't think its all photoshop. Not in my experience, anyway.
Having said that, I prefer average guys, so I'm always on the lookout.
