I was at work today and I found out an ex colleague of mine has had a stroke he is 35 same age as me

This has really hit home with me and I have become really upset

He is slightly paralysed down one side and has baby on the way

I didn't know what to say when I heard the news

35 is no age at all

Hi,

Hopefully he will recover fully, his age is on his side and you can get a stroke at any time in your life.

It's never easy hearing terrible news like that but all you can do is support him as best as you can.

Hope everything turns out ok for them and you.

Lots of love,

Neil & Clare.

A friend of mine had one around the age of 22 and then another around 40ish and he's made a full recovery from both, so there's hope
