spent an hour on the phone with my ex husband who was physically and mentally abusive. True to form he made me feel like shit.

It's left me feeling pissed off and unworthy.

Any advice?

Other than to whack him in the face with a frying pan?

can I ask why you spent an hour on the phone ? An hour is a long time to talk to someone you don't like x

Block his calls and enjoy yourself on Fab. I'm sure you will feel very worthy before long x

I wouldn't spend on hour on the phone with someone you know is going to make you feel bad about yourself.

Don't feel like shit, you are better than him. He's an ex for a reason and probably wishes he was back in your life more than he is.

If he makes you feel so bad don't talk to the man.An hour on the phone to someone who is abusive seems rather along time.If you have to communicate with him short N sweet and then put the phone down so he doesn't get the chance to make you feel like you do.

I stayed on the phone trying to get him to understand that having not had our daughter for an overnight once in 15 years to expect her to stay at his new girlfriend of 4 weeks is unacceptable.

Trying to have a civilised chat about why he should know her best friends name or subjects at school.

Explaining that owing £18,00 csa to his daughter is unacceptable.

All the usual stuff when a dad walks away from their kid.

Everything was my fault. The fact that it rains.. My fault. The fact alcohol gives him a hangover.. My fault.

He seems totally oblivious to anything being his fault. Despite doing all I can including forfeiting relations for my kids.. According to him.. I'm a shit parent.

So extra large frying pan, bottle of vodka and a search for a womble suit is on the cards.

He is ladies and gentlemen a first class w*nker!!
