You get or send a wink from/to a profile without photos, and the kind of text that is 'will fill in later'. I've received a number just recently, don't know if it's a new trend.

I can see that some new users wouldn't potentially be as clued up, but surprised at how prevalent I've noticed it lately.
In my former era I used to message everyone who contacted me anyhow, and been positively surprised by many too. |
