So yeah got a Hollywood wax today. That was an experience. Does it get easier the more times you go?

Yes it gets easier, the hair grows back thinner and weaker. I try and take a couple of paracetamol half hour before - takes the edge off.

I get lycon wax and it honestly hardly hurts at all. Strip wax on my legs hurts far more!

It was peelable wax that was used but words can't descibe the pain! Still to tender to feel the result haha

I waxed my chest once. I thi k I'd rather be skinned alive and rolled in salt than ever do it again!

I did, however, raise over £800 for H4H so the pain was worth it.

I waxed my car yesterday too. That didn't hurt at all.

Great pic's! I've been getting it done a couple of years now, I used to squeel but now it's easier! Lot's of moisturiser helps cool it when it's fresh & raw. The feel is definitely worth it for me...

Oh & a hot bath or shower soon after is not good, treat it a bit like sunburn. They should have told you that when you had it done

Thanks lady! Yea she has told me all about aftercare. Hopefully in the morning it will have settled a little... Ahh no shaving for weeks
