Doesn't matter if it's low calorie or not, if you sit in bed drinking it you're not burning the calories off, so combined with everything else you've eaten and drank it will give you the chubb. |

P.s. I'm not insinuating that you're sat in bed drinking beer, it was just an example. |

Ditch the beer... Go Wine. (it's grapes!)
Seriously though when on slimming world I ditch the beer. Cools isn't worth it. Better having a night off in the month for a few and get back on it the next day. Your body just thinks you're taking a rest. |

It's all calories in and calories out regardless of what you drink. Have any beer. But if you consume more energy than you burn then you'll put on weight regardless if what beer you drink or don't drink. |

Most people don't actually develop a so called beer belly from drinking beer- the gut is usually a result of their diet and excessive calories consumed (i.e. chips or kebabs eaten on the way home from the pub). As long as you have a fairly active life (exercise) and a good diet a couple of beers are fine although a vodka mixer (slimline tonic or diet lemonade) would still have less calories.
Personally I like Coors Lite- excellent summer drink..... |
