Nobody famous as such but a couple of years ago a friend texted me a picture of a reality show of someone who looked exactly like me - but when I was about 5 years younger. So much so they thought it was and old programme with me on TV. Quite spooky and surreal - definitely a doppelgänger - ugly fucker he was mind! lol |

"Apparently (he says)... *apparently* there's a guy on the East London Line who is my doppelgänger.
Two friends have separately approached a stranger on that line who they took to be me.
Odd. "
That said, I have been mistaken for a famous person twice |

once whilst waiting on a connecting flight in abu dhabi there was a scuffle and a rush of people , I was sitting having a coffee with my travelling companions when suddenly people started pointing at me and trying to take my pic with their phones it was hilarious and security had to be called to herd them all away , I was returning from a stint in the arab emirates and quite suntanned , apparently I had been mistaken for some bollywood actress who was popular . Still have zero idea who . But a security guard who spoke to my friends was convinced I was her too . lol , the strangest thing is ... im 100 % irish , but ive been mistaken for many different nationalities , always makes me chuckle . |

I think Mr Curious looks like Ricky Wilson from Kasier Chiefs or Matt Cardle. I've been told I resemble Victoria Beckham (more when I was younger) and Catherine Zeta Jones ... But I don't believe it!! |

"People in my family say I look like Jennifer Connelly.
-Courtney"
Good lord I used to have an enormous crush on Jennifer Connelly
As for me? Well I've only had one case of a woman falling over herself to serve me at a cafe, being super friendly, and asking how yesterday had gone, all of which was really odd for a place I'd never been to before. Turned out I was the spitting image of some film director that had come into their town and made a big movie the day before lol
If I'd just kept my mouth shut I probably would've got a free coffee |

It can be irritating but I've had a long run of them, most of them unknown. In some countries I get it said all the time, particularly the USA. III think it's partly style and demeanor, but others insist not. As long as I'm not banged up for another's crimes im ok. Autograph hunters are troublesome though. |
