For the unlucky few who know me on here, know I am always up for a challenge. But been looking at tough guy this week and there is an up and coming event on the last Sunday of January. Has any of you crazy fab people don't it or know much about it. They say it's the hardest event of it's kind??? Check it out as there are clips on YouTube and has it's own web page  |

my dad has done tough guy a few times both in January and in July. The one in January is crazy!!!!!!
One year they had guys with big sticks out breaking the ice on the water before the runers went in it, you have to submerge yourself to go under beams etc - so if you are like old Linford and phobic of cold water this event is really not for you!!! 
quite a few people run round shouting 'what sadistic bastard thought this up???!??!!?!?'

I did it 2 years ago in the snow. Hardest challenge yet, both physical and mental. Lots of water, fire and 40ft high obsticles. Its quite expensive though I think I paid £90 to enter, worth it as it cured me of my fear of heights. |
