I have read that semen contains a lot of Zinc, but whether they help sperm production needs investigation, Zinc is good for the immune system, so worth taking anyway.

A load of old bollocks. Speaking of bollocks, they can only hold so much so no matter how many myths you fall for from the so called big cummers, there's only a finite amount you'll keep hold of |

" I hear they increase sperm production. Any truth in it or is it another load of old bollocks?"
There are ways you can increase your load. Zinc improves sperm and increases production but a lot of things affect how much you shoot.
Obviously holding it in for a few days means more, but after 3 days or so, it kinda stops.
Drinking plenty of water and being hydrated makes a difference.
Not smoking is a help.
Definitely your diet, and how fit you are make a difference. Take wellman supplements every day as well as eating healthy. Popcorn has arginine which makes more sperm, as well as sesame seeds.
Give as many things you can also try and see if it improves results? I've benefited from the above, for definite. |

"Supposed to help with libido.
Also very good for skin.
didnt know that "
Can only vouch for second one. I take steroids sometimes which make me break out, zinc helps heal and lessen the break outs. |

Google ZMA supplements, can naturally boost testosterone. Can give you quite crazy dreams though or DAA daspartic acid is also another very good test booster, mixes in water and drink it but tastes like crap |

A quick search on pubmed tells me that zinc supplementation was beneficial to sperm counts in men with a lack of swimmers. It also made bulls and bucks produce more and better ejaculates. Make what you will of that |

Zinc helps with testosterone production in men, good for immune system and healing of wounds. For sperm take l-aginine amino acid. Can help increase sperm count and libido |

Not everything that comes out is sperm. So chances are you could double the sperm count and not see any noticeable increase in volume cos the little guys are swimming round in the same amount of semen. |

On here I assume volume is your target.
If it's fertility. Take less harmful crap in rather than adding new stuff. It doesn't matter how many extra swimmers you make if your day to day diet and routine kills or mutates the majority of them. |

If you're not deficient, many supplements will just do nothing beneficial and is wasted effort. Zinc today may not mean better or more sperm tomorrow, due to physiological processes as well as homeostasis. And time factors.
The supplement industry is worth billions and most of that is money peed away.
That said, evidence backs zinc for reducing common cold illnesses duration.
As with all research, it is all based on lots of people so individual results vary. |

I don't get the fascination with guys wanting to produce copious amounts of jizz.
After a hot session, not every woman (or man) wants to be left lookin like a plasterers radio. |

So I'm paying plasterers to wank themselves off, and not even onto my walls |

"Natural testosterone boosters" are generally ineffective snake oil with harmful side effects you'd be much better off just doing it right and buying yourself a sensible dose of quality pharmaceutical grade testosterone (of your prefered ester) and using that. |

"Evidence" usually equals single badly done or cherry picked survey. At best a cherry picked meta data analysis.
The other thing is most supliments are cheap low bioavailability oxides so while you may take in your full rda of the metal you're only really going to absorb and utilise a few percent of it |

Poundland sell them ...... give it a try......
If it works for you ...all's good.....
If it don't work..... you've lost a quid...
But in my experience it can make spunk taste zingy and not in a particularly nice way.... |
