Rollercoaster days

Well today's been one of those days for sure, bit of a rollercoaster, a bit of agony, a bit of ecstasy, a bit of being grumpy, a lot of being happy, then some pain then back to normality lol. But nothing too extreme either way (but maybe I was a little cynical on the Forums earlier ha, sorry about that folks!)

Anyway it go me thinking about times when we've been through extremes of emotions in the same day or very close to each other?

The prime example I can think of is London being awarded the Olympics one day followed by the London bombings the next ... on a personal level my first nephew was born in the morning a few years back and in the same evening I heard that an uncle had died.

Any other examples of where you've had extremes of emotions in the same day?

"Try having bipolar rapid cycle mixed mood disorder"

that's a good point actually. Sorry for any insensitivity, hadn't considered bipolar disorders so, obviously, no offence meant by my post!

Have experienced one of those days. The most extreme of polar opposites.

Glastonbury

This time last year I bunked off work to go to Thorpe Park after the kids had gone back to school.

The place was empty - fuckin' bliss! - went round and round and round on the rides 'till we were sick.

Happy days.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I seem to have fewer of them these days.

This weekend has been difficult on a number of levels and all related to Fab, one way or another. It has also had a large dollop of fun also related to Fab. The fact that it was Fab related has made it easier to put it in a box that doesn't affect the rest of my life.
