I had a big fuck off beef dinner and my auntie done a bit of a treat for me today, she bought just for me nobody else had it one of those massive Yorkshire puddings and she put all my roasties, mash and beg inside it and all the lovely crumbly beef was around the outside of the yorkshire. Topped off with her lovely thing gravy that you can stand your fork in! Love Sundays, but shame on you op eating lamb, they're sacred animals round here!

I pushed the boat out today...

Fresh watercress soup with crushed new potatoes (saw it on telly thus morning)

Honey glazed peri peri beercan chicken with roast veg (butternut squash, red onion, courgette, sweet potato, garlic and parsnip with some herbs)

Home made yorkshire pud, horseradish mash and gravy.

Took the leftover veg, added some finely chopped chorizo and chicken stock and made an ace soup

Just had poached duck eggs on seeded wholemeal toast for supper

Nothing I do is that complicated...I just look in the cupboard and go..that could be nice with that and that... add a bit of that..

Must admit I surpassed myself yesterday..tamarind, honey, molasses and chilli chicken.
