Well no Premier League or Championship games today but still loads of football on: this might surprise the Premier supporting sides but there are full programmes in Leagues 1, 2 and non league in England and lots of football elsewhere too and I'm sure they'll all appreciate your support so why not pop down and support your local smaller club this weekend

Elsewhere, England should do San Marino comfortable today, minimum acceptable 5-0?

Great results for ROI, Wales and N Iron last night but a disappointing defeat for the Scots (stop sniggering at the back!)

Could be awesome next Summer with England, Wales, N Iron and possibly Ireland or Scotland all qualifying for a major Finals - been a long time since THAT happened!

Who are you supporting today?

glad england are giving game time to shelvey, vardy and stones today.... think they should have given buckland a game today as well....

in fact if roy wanted to stay on everyones good side... play the 2nd 11 today with the exception of rooney.... then play the full team against switzerland next week...

glad wales and northern ireland have done so well and can now qualify with wins at home on sunday for wales, and monday for northern ireland...

Normally go and watch my local non league team(s) on a Saturday but they are all away in the FA Vase.

Will sit in and watch Soccer Saturday and give my money away to Bet365.

What time do England KO?

As always, agree with pretty much everything you say Fabio (as with your posts on pretty much any topic on here!) - great chance to give some International pitch time to the fringe players as we might need to call on them in France next Summer! Should be comfortable today then a positive result in Tuesday against the Swiss should see us home

Great that Norn Iron and Wales are so close, their fans deserve to go to a tournament!

I agree that the 4 you stated should start along with Rooney, but not convinced on the entire 2nd 11... Though if worse comes to worst, we can afford to lose this can't we?

do you really think england's 2nd 11 would lose to san marino?

i would play them all excpet rooney.. at least he can get his goal scoring record....

i think that way you get to play everyone and not overwear anyone out....

Lose no, but apart from maybe 4/5 international teams in Europe everyone is capable of scraping a draw at least. It might take 50/60 minutes to break down this lot before they start to tire and the flood gates well and truly open.

I've seen people advising bets like England -6 or -7. No chance imo

Can't be doing with the International stuff(find it dull as hell)

So I've been left to delve around in League 1.Thankfully my beloved Millwall aren't playing today,so it means I finally get a Saturday off from them getting beat again

I'm hoping Gillingham,Walsall and Scunthorpe can all win today for a treble.

No idea, but previous results mean nothing. Especially if its an entirely different team

Anything less than 4 would be disappointing - I know 'there are no easy games in football' but if top professionals from one of the worlds elite leagues can't put 3 or 4 past a team of part-time postmen and accountants it'll be a poor show! *should* be comfortable, but I agree with you that it rarely is!

Bradfut at home in a roses derby today should be a good crowd as they always bring a good following to ice station zebra expecting the usual fiesty game difficult to predict our defence looking Solid just need our strikers to start firing 1-1

well that didn't go to well 0-1 after 19 down to ten after 30 concede another just after half time then dominate pull one back go very close to getting a draw

Well currently 2-0 England 41 mins, but like a training exercise, hardly inspiring stuff but doing just enough! I can't see Germany worrying too much about us!

Good point for Wales today but a very late winner for Belgium in Cyprus means they must wait to be guaranteed a place in France next Summer. Next up Andorra at home though so pretty much guaranteed a celebration that day

Holland lost again today, crushed in Turkey. From World Cup semis last year to failing to qualify this year, quite a fall from grace and probably the biggest story of the qualification groups so far!

Gillingham are one team that have never let me down on a both teams to score coupon. Hoping there defence loosens up a bit as I can see them losing me money this season stop playing boring football (we got Chelsea for that) and let the defenders have there Friday nights out on the town again.
