Do you have an iPhone? I use WhatsApp for everyone except one person, can't test it otherwise. |

That happens to me sometimes, they send me a code to reset the settings. |

But can you text them ok and it's blue when you text?
Go to settings and maybe try turning your iMessage on and off and ask them to do the same. |
