No... I've never felt used. I swing on my terms and I'm sorted in myself so I don't put myself in situations that leave me feeling bad.
Take a step back and work out what it is you want for yourself. It's tricky to get the balance right if you're not sure of your own feelings.

I felt that I was beginning to like an fb too much a few weeks back so I withdrew. I never felt used as the arrangement was to meet for sex, nothing more. |

How did you ruin it ? By developing feelings for someone who just wanted NSA sex ?
